Hot Spoke is the project of Sydney-based songwriter Ness Muir, with Seb Bartels (Guitars, B/Vs) and Damian Enemark (Vocals/ Bass). Hot Spoke’s smoky and enveloping sound is complimented by Ness' melancholic, fragile yet brooding vocals. Inspired by the scuzzy sounds of indie bands like Mazzy Star, The Smiths and Jesus Mary Chain.

The band have toured with the likes of Husky, Bertie Blackman, Alex Lahey and The Preatures.

After signing a record deal with Universal Music, the band went into the studio with renowned Australian Producer Steven Scram earlier this year to record their first EP, which is due for release in 2017.
